This quest starts in the Midlands Mine. Look in the miner's office for a note next to a locked box.
Tip: You need a fishing rod to be able to do this quest
Tip 2: Worm baits will do (If you're short on worms, use the Shovel from your homestead to dig some)
Tip 3: The key for the Deep Tunnel will drop from any Suckerfish caught
Walkthrough:
- Locate Wagaxus in the Darkmountain Woods - Catch a Suckerfish - Go back to the Midlands Mine, find the Deep Tunnel, then unseal it - Obtain Foreman's key from the Deep Tunnel
Go back to the locked box in the miner's office to complete the quest
