Resurgence Hollow, home of the water sprites, was sealed off when the corruption started to spread. With a scavenged dinghy, I've made my way to the cliffs outside.

I have made it to the cliffs outside Resurgence Hollow through an old dinghy
Step 2.
I have entered Resurgence Hollow
Step 3.
I've made it deeper into Resurgence Hollow
Step 4.
I have awakened a purified water sprite named Shiu, who will take me to the water primal
Step 5.
The vault that was sealed off has frozen over, I need to find a way to the primal
Step 6.
I have entered the chamber of the water primal
