New features GoThongs now requires a materials-capable viewer. Old content may still look ok but new levels and some areas like pandic will break if you do not use materials. All levels have received updated water visuals and reflection probes. Most weapons have been overhauled and now have an ACTIVE ability! You can activate this ability with the new Q gesture supplied with the HUD. Books can now have different fonts and backgrounds. The sprint bar has been moved to your HP bar in order to accommodate the new weapon ability button. New climbing animations, and climbing now has sound. Falling from great distances will make you stumble. Added sTag to class attachments, meaning devs can get metadata about the gothongs character synchronously. The tap left/right quick time event has been replaced with a "hold these two keys" event. Thong visuals have been reworked to use materials. You can now have specific states such as slimed, frozen, wet etc. Bug fixes Another attempt add making the spawner more robust using a new feature that allows you to pass strings on rez. Only the party leader can start challenge dungeons now, and while the party leader has a challenge dungeon quest active, players cannot change difficulty. Attempted to make the supportcube more reliable on first spawn. Known issues Many outdoor levels will render with low texture resolution. LL is working on it and hopefully will be fixed next update. The blur effects when starting a level are broken and LL are working on it. PanRi 0.17.0 New features Added rotating events that show up on specific days of the week in free roam. These will reward a little bit of experience and some items. Do a new quest in Darkmountain Arena to unlock a bulletin board in your homestead that shows what events are active that day. Or cheat and use the wiki. Added 4 new quests that can be done in free roam. Added an endless banking system for you to stack fungible items. The quest to unlock it starts in Windswept Isle. Fishing overhauled and replaced with a new mini game. Added new fishing rods (one that vibrates). Added a ton of new items, many related to the new events or fishing. Made a lot of items droppable that were previously no-drop. Added sTag support to let many of the new NPCs recognize what you look like. Added more lore books. Many UI tweaks in the PanRi HUD. Bug fixes Fixed multiple items that could not be picked up in PanRi when listener messages got dropped by the server. Added a fix for "The lost lab" quest not starting. Fixed pandic quest "I bet on you" goblin not setting objective completed. Many typos fixed in cell names. Fixed MQ08 shards not triggering the next level. Known issues Drunkness no longer blurs the screen because the materials update broke that feature (they are working on it). Day/night visuals may go out of sync. This is because RLV daytime enforcement updates break probes temporarily. LL are aware of this bug.
