* GoThongs now requires a materials-capable viewer. Old content may still look ok but new levels and some areas like pandic will break if you do not use materials.
* All levels have received updated water visuals and reflection probes.
* Most weapons have been overhauled and now have an ACTIVE ability! You can activate this ability with the new Q gesture supplied with the HUD.
* Books can now have different fonts and backgrounds.
* The sprint bar has been moved to your HP bar in order to accommodate the new weapon ability button.
* New climbing animations, and climbing now has sound.
* Falling from great distances will make you stumble.

* Added rotating events that show up on specific days of the week in free roam. These will reward a little bit of experience and some items. Do a new quest in Darkmountain Arena to unlock a bulletin board in your homestead that shows what events are active that day. Or cheat and use the wiki.

* Added an endless banking system for you to stack fungible items. The quest to unlock it starts in Windswept Isle.
* Fishing overhauled and replaced with a new mini game. Added new fishing rods (one that vibrates).
* Added a ton of new items, many related to the new events or fishing.
* Made a lot of items droppable that were previously no-drop.
* Added sTag support to let many of the new NPCs recognize what you look like.

New features

  • GoThongs now requires a materials-capable viewer. Old content may still look ok but new levels and some areas like pandic will break if you do not use materials.
  • All levels have received updated water visuals and reflection probes.
